Scientific Committee
The ISMH17 scientific committee will review all submitted abstracts and recommended abstracts for oral or poster presentations. The scientific committee will also moderate the scientific program during the conference.
Instructions
We welcome you to the 17th International Symposium on Maritime Health (ISMH17), where we will convene to explore and advance the latest developments in maritime health. As part of our commitment to fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration, we invite you to submit abstracts for presentation.
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the ISMH17 scientific committee. If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to present your work at the conference either as an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
Word Limit: 500 words
Structured Format: Organize your abstract into the following sections:
Introduction: Clearly state the aim of your research.
Methods: Describe the methodologies employed in your study.
Results: Concisely present your findings.
Discussion: Analyze the implications of your results.
Conclusion: Summarize key outcomes and propose future directions.
Visual Elements: Enhance the clarity of your abstract by including up to 2 images or tables. Visual aids can significantly improve the understanding of complex information.
Submission Format: Submit your abstract as a Word document. Please use this template for submitting your abstract.
Add any figures and tables at the bottom of the Word document and upload your abstract as a single Word file.
Deadline abstract submission: February 1, 2025
Peer Review Result: Following the peer review process, abstracts will be selected for either a poster or oral presentation.
